Mike Yagley

Mike Yagley is a seasoned professional in the aerospace and automotive industries, currently serving as Global Process Change Manager at Howmet Aerospace since March 2017. In this role, Mike oversees process validation across manufacturing facilities worldwide, ensuring effective review and approval of process changes. Previously, Mike held various positions at Alcoa from 1999 to March 2017, including Technical Manager for Europe and Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included managing technical issues with OEMs and spearheading the development of sales and engineering in China. Mike's accomplishments encompass the development of innovative design processes and the establishment of product development strategies that have significantly enhanced customer relationships and operational efficiency. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
