Nathalie Tessier

Nathalie Tessier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across major corporations. Currently serving as the General Manager and Vice President of the Structural Casting Segment at Howmet Aerospace, Nathalie oversees the business segment within the Howmet Engines Business Unit. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas for Howmet Wheel Systems, and earlier roles at Arconic and Alcoa, where Nathalie drove profitability and managed P&L for various business segments. Nathalie's career began at Whirlpool Latin America, where strategic initiatives in marketing, human resources, and profit expansion were key focuses. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a BBA from HEC Montréal.
