Rebecca Reid

Rebecca Reid has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an HR Generalist at Volkswagen in 1998. Rebecca then held roles at Chrysler LLC as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Rebecca advanced to become the Employee Relations Manager at Alcoa before taking on the role of Human Resources Director for Alcoa Power and Propulsion. Rebecca then joined Arconic, where they served as Global Director of Human Resources for Arconic Power and Propulsion and later as Vice President of Human Resources for Arconic Engines. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Howmet Aerospace. Throughout their career, they have focused on talent management, workforce planning, and aligning HR strategies across multiple locations and countries.

Rebecca Reid earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Development from Oakland University. Rebecca went on to complete their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Webster University.
