Rosie Gomez

Rosie Gomez, MSHRM, has over 23 years of experience in human resources management. Rosie has held various HR roles, starting as a Staffing Manager at AllStar Personnel in 1998. Rosie then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Representative at New Century Mortgage, Human Resources Generalist at ResMAE Mortgage Corporation, and Sr. Human Resources Generalist at SmileCare. Rosie then transitioned to managerial positions at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings, Arconic, and Howmet Aerospace, where they currently serve as the Global Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Rosie has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compensation, performance management, policy development, and workforce planning.

Rosie Gomez, MSHRM, has a diverse education history. Rosie received their Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Southern California in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009, and an AA in Business Management and International Business from a Community College from 1995 to 1999. In 2013, Rosie also obtained a DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
