Vivian Hogan

Vivian Hogan has over two decades of experience in IT support and network analysis, currently serving as an IS Operations Specialist at Howrey LLP since July 2010. In this role, Vivian provides Helpdesk support, including troubleshooting BlackBerry and VPN issues and managing new computer setups. Prior to this position, Vivian worked at Howrey LLP from May 2000 to July 2010 as a Network Analyst, offering technical assistance for end-user computer needs and leading Help Desk operations. Additionally, Vivian has served as a Senior Desktop Support Systems Analyst, delivering tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network inquiries. Vivian also holds a background in Business Writing from Montgomery College in 1986.
