Ulla Luukas

Ulla Luukas is the current Partnerships Director at Howspace. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä, where they were responsible for planning and implementing the best practices in the area of entrepreneurial models. Ulla has also worked as a Team Coach and Development Manager at Nokia.

Ulla has a wealth of experience in international environments, strategy building, and implementing strategic actions. Ulla is also experienced in organizational development and change management. During their time at Nokia, they developed the first Nokia Certification Program for technical experts, which was very successful.

Ulla Luukas has a degree from the University of Jyväskylä, and is also a Master Team Coach from TA Global. Ulla has also studied at Vaikuttava Valmentaja/Novetos, and is currently a Team Synergy Practitioner specializing in Organizational Development from the Resilience Alliance.
