Pav Cheema

Pav Cheema has worked in various roles in the operations and production fields since 2009. From 2009-2012, they were a Project Management Consultant and Lead Engineer/Project Manager at Cofhal Ingenieria Ltda. From 2012-2015, they were the Head of Production/Co-Founder at Septima Photos, a Colombian photography agency and production house. From 2015-2016, they were the Operations Manager at W1 Brewery, where they established the West End's first micro-brewery in 150 years. From 2016-2018, they were a Senior Operations Manager and then Head of Operations at Jinn, a digital logistics company providing on-demand last mile service for high-street shops and restaurants. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Operations at HoxtonAi.

Pav Cheema completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Communications at the University of Leeds between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended The Henley College.
