Siraj Ayoub

Siraj Ayoub is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and industrialization. Currently serving as Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering at HOYA Surgical Optics, Siraj has been an Engineering Manager at Terumo BCT since May 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Faurecia, where responsibilities encompassed managing Manufacturing Engineering resources and ensuring successful program launches. Siraj also held the position of Global Program Manufacturing Leader, overseeing the set-up of production systems and logistics for international programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Wayne State University.
