Currently serving as Senior VP of Global Quality and Compliance and Singapore Site Lead at HOYA Surgical Optics, Svetlana oversees the development and implementation of global strategies in QA and Regulatory Compliance. Prior roles include Director of Country Quality Assurance EMEA and Regional Compliance at Baxter International Inc., where leadership was provided to a team of over 100 employees, and holding various director-level positions at Baxter Healthcare, focusing on quality compliance across multiple regions. Svetlana holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and a Master’s degree in engineering biotechnology from Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
