Customer Success Manager- EMEA Region at Hoylu

Ahmed Zia is a Customer Success Manager at Hoylu since June 2021. In this role, they work with the sales department to transition customers from prospects to active users of the company's products. Ahmed manages the CRM database by utilizing HubSpot and LinkedIn's Sales Navigator to find the right prospects faster and set up email campaigns. Ahmed is responsible for user satisfaction, ongoing training, and sustained engagement with Hoylu.

Prior to their role at Hoylu, Ahmed was a Sales Manager at Yao Yao Restaurant from May 2018 to January 2021. Ahmed also worked as a Coordinator Of Volunteers at Die Kinderfreunde Salzburg from June 2017 to August 2017. Additionally, Ahmed was a Sales Advisor at Currys PC World Business from March 2016 to February 2017, where they provided customers with product information, maintained inventory levels, offered advice to customers, and trained new employees when required.

Ahmed Zia completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ARU London, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they enrolled at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, specializing in European Union Studies, a field of study that focuses on Political Science and Government. Ahmed completed their studies at the university in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed Zia has also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Marketing Tools: Social Media from LinkedIn. In the same month, they also acquired a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn. Recently, in June 2022, they obtained a certification in the European Lean Construction Conference from the Lean Construction Blog. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Learning HubSpot CRM from LinkedIn in May 2022. Finally, in May 2020, they acquired a certification in Tips for Writing Business Emails from LinkedIn.
