Shaik Aslam Basha

Shaik Aslam Basha possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage management and culinary leadership. Currently on leave from Hozpitality.com since February 2023, Basha previously served as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage at Dusit Thani Maldives and as Director of Food and Beverage at Pullman Maamutaa Maldives. Basha's career includes key executive chef roles at prestigious establishments such as Hotel De La Coupole Sapa, AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Double Tree by Hilton, Hilton Shillim Retreat Estate and Spa, and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay Resort. Basha has a rich educational background in hospitality management, having studied at Cornell University, Aligarh Muslim University, and Indian Institute of Hotel Management.
