George Kurian

George Kurian has over a decade of experience in process improvement and operations management, primarily within HP Hood LLC, where George currently serves as the Director of Process Improvement. In this role, George leads the Process Improvement department, focusing on ERP implementations and business process enhancements across various functions. Previous positions include Operations Business Improvement Manager II, where George managed the plan to manufacture workstream for SAP, and Operations Business Improvement Manager, specializing in supply chain processes. Additionally, earlier roles include training in manufacturing scheduling and supply chain functions through internships at Zotos International and Owens Corning Fiberglas. George holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Management of Information Systems from Binghamton University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MES College of Engineering.
