Kevin Shields

Kevin Shields is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as Director of Sales for the East Division at HP Hood LLC since August 2006. HP Hood is a major player in the dairy sector, generating approximately $2.5 billion in annual sales. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager and Senior Key Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed achieving volume and trade spending objectives with large retail accounts and managing broker partnerships. Kevin's career began in 1998 at Morgan Food Corp, where initial positions included Sales Manager and Account Manager. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Penn State University, supplemented by a minor in Sociology.
