HP Hood, founded as a milk-delivery service in 1846 by Harvey Perley Hood, is a national branded dairy operator and distributor of milk, cultured foods, citrus, extended shelf-life dairy, frozen desserts and non-dairy and specialty drinks. Based in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, the company (under license) processes branded products such as Lactaid, Stonyfield Farm Organic Milk, Southern Comfort Eggnog, Fiber One Cottage Cheese and Milkshakes, and Almond Breeze Almondmilk.
