Andy Stuart

Andy Stuart is the VP and Global Head of Transformation and Operations at HP. Prior to HP, they served as the Vice President of Professional Development for the Houston Chapter of the Project Management Institute from January 2006 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining an informative Professional Development Program that satisfied the needs of the chapter members. Andy also collaborated with the Professional Development officers from other chapters to identify and share best practices that would help improve the professional development programs for chapter members nationwide.

During their time with the Houston Chapter of the Project Management Institute, Andy Stuart was also responsible for collaborating with PMI Registered Education Providers to ensure that PMI Houston was providing members with the best available training with the most up to date material. Additionally, they organized short courses and seminars that were beneficial to members from a professional development perspective while also allowing them to accumulate PDUs. Andy strived to provide lowest cost and best value training for PMP certification in the Houston area and provided opportunities for members to gain PDUs in a volunteer role within the Houston chapter.

Andy Stuart has been with HP for over 10 years and has been instrumental in leading the company’s transformation efforts. In their current role as Global Head of Transformation, they are responsible for leading HP’s transformation journey and driving results across the company. Under their leadership, HP has achieved significant transformation milestones, including becoming a leader in sustainability, becoming a top digital enterprise, and completing one of the largest corporate turnarounds in history.

Andy Stuart has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University with a concentration in project management. Andy also has a Masters Certificate in project management from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science in digital systems from the University of the West of Scotland and is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and PMP from the Project Management Institute.

They work with Ali Sedghi - Head of Finance, Print Service & Solutions Division, Rob Ficalora - VP, Head of IT - Corporate Functions, and Ravi Arya - Head of Finance Innovation. Andy Stuart reports to Marie Myers, CFO & Chief Transformation Officer.
