Aviral Batra

Aviral Batra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business planning, customer experience, and program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Planning & Strategy for Customer Experience at HP since September 2016, Aviral oversees strategic initiatives for the Print Business and enhances the customer experience across multiple business lines. Prior to HP, Aviral held roles at Wipro Technologies as General Manager & Account Head for Telecom, and at Bharti Airtel Limited as Vice President of Customer Services & Shared Services. Aviral also led customer service operations at Max New York Life Insurance and worked with Compaq India, General Electric, and Eicher Tractors in various managerial capacities. Aviral holds an MBA in Services Marketing & IT Systems from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
