Binu Mathew

Binu Mathew has extensive experience in human resources, with a career that spans over two decades. At HP, Binu served as Senior Director of the People Organization for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh from December 2011 to December 2018, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and project management. Binu also held the position of Region Lead for Human Resources for Customer Support across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific and Japan. Prior to HP, Binu worked at Genpact as a Manager of Human Resources for the Analytics Business and at Accenture Technology Solutions as a Specialist in HR for the Communications & High Technology Business. Binu began the HR career as a Sr. Executive at NewWave Computing Pvt Ltd. Binu holds an MBA in Human Resources from M.P Birla Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jyotinivas College.
