Paula Bozic Hsieh

Paula Bozic Hsieh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at HP since May 2022, Paula focuses on finance business and global functions. Prior to this role, Paula held multiple senior HR positions at Halliburton from June 2010 to May 2022, including Sr Manager, HR Business Partner for Completion Tools and Production Solutions, as well as managing HR operations for the Eastern Hemisphere. Earlier experience includes roles at KBR, Inc., beginning as a Government Compliance Specialist and progressing to HR Operations Partner.
