Richard Plowman has over three decades of experience in the printing technology industry, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager for HP’s Northeast District since 2004. In this role, Richard modernized operations and transformed the district into one of the top performers within the Indigo Division across North America, overseeing P&L, revenue growth, and customer service for over 200 commercial clients. Prior to this position, Richard held various roles at HP including District Technical Lead, where oversight of a 14-member engineering team occurred, and Field Service Engineer, managing a significant portfolio of accounts. Richard's career also includes valuable experience at Xerox as Service Supervisor, where a team of technicians was led, and at Canon USA as a Field Service Engineer. Educational achievements include a certificate in Electronics/Micro-Processing Technology from Lyons Institute and extensive on-the-job training in management and technical services.
