Seok Yian Chai

Seok Yian Chai is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at HP since May 2019, where responsibilities include liaising with manufacturing partners in Ireland. In addition, Seok Yian holds the position of SWE Global Ambassador at the Society of Women Engineers since August 2021. Previous roles include Advisor in Global Product Offer Management at Dell Technologies, where notable achievements include multiple awards for successful product launches, and Process Development Engineer, recognized for significant improvements and launches. Earlier experience includes a Senior Process Engineer position at WD and a Process Engineer II role at Flex. Seok Yian Chai earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman from 2008 to 2011.
