Sharat Gaur

Sharat Gaur is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director for SEC Reporting, M&A, and Cash Flow at HP since June 2022. Prior to this, Sharat held the position of Senior Director of M&A Finance & Integration at Palo Alto Networks from March 2021 to April 2022. Sharat's earlier tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise spanned over 16 years, where significant contributions included leading the treasury's free cash flow planning process and directing teams in M&A policies, integration, and technical accounting. Sharat began a career in audit with KPMG, managing external audits for major multinational clients. Education credentials include certifications as a CPA from the AICPA, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Symbiosis Society's College. Additionally, Sharat completed a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
