Matt James

Matt James has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Matt is currently employed at Lendscape as a Squad Lead & Snr Business Analyst, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Lendscape since December 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Matt worked at Assurant, first as a Senior Business Analyst and later as the Legal Entity Simplification Manager. Before that, they served as a Senior Business Analyst and Operational Readiness Lead at Royal London from 2018 to 2019. Matt also has experience as a Lead Business Analyst at Argos Financial Services from 2017 to 2018 and at Lloyds Banking Group from 2013 to 2017. Matt started their career as a Business Analyst and later became an IT Product Specialist at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance from 2005 to 2013.

Matt James attended BCS from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis. Prior to that, they attended Bolton from 1996 to 1999 and earned a BA Hons degree in Philosophy. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2023, and an BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY in 2012.
