Simon Cheung

Simon Cheung is an experienced professional in client services and consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Services at Lendscape since November 2018, overseeing consultancy and training services as well as client support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Simon was the Director of Client Services at VPD Financial Software Consulting from September 2012 to October 2018, where responsibilities included adapting software solutions for the European market and developing the sales strategy. Simon also held multiple positions at StatPro from June 1997 to January 2012, including Director of Client Services for both the UK and North America, and Global Head of Projects, with a focus on client retention and service management. Earlier career experience includes working as a Consultant Analyst at PA Consulting Group. Simon holds an MSc in Management Science from Lancaster University and a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics & Operational Research from UMIST.
