Dan McInnis, PE has over 26 years of experience in the engineering field. Dan is currently the Director of Business Development at HPF Consultants, Inc., where they provide engineering, design, and surveying services to clients in the oil and gas processing, petrochemical, renewable, sulfur recovery, and CO2 recovery plants industries.
Prior to their current role, Dan served as the Director of Business Development at NTACT Operations for 8 years. During their time there, they oversaw heavy industrial, mechanical, civil and structural construction, and electrical and instrumentation services for customers in Texas and New Mexico.
Before joining NTACT, Dan was the Regional Manager at S&B Infrastructure, Ltd., where they focused on general civil land development, municipal design engineering, and environmental consulting.
In 2005, Dan founded their own company, McInnis Land Consultants, LLC, where they served as the President and Principal Engineer. Their company specialized in private residential and commercial site land development engineering, offering services such as feasibility studies, zoning, cost estimating, design, and construction plan development.
Earlier in their career, Dan worked as a Principal Engineer at Gordon Swift Consulting Engineer, Inc. and as a Project Manager at Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., where they managed various infrastructure projects for both public and private entities.
Throughout their career, Dan has gained a strong reputation for their expertise in infrastructure design, client maintenance, relationship building, and government relations.
Dan McInnis, PE completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Texas Tech University between 1980 and 1985. Dan further pursued MBA studies at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1989 to 1991. In 2012 and 2013, they attended the Professional Engineer Leadership Institute. The degree attained from this institute is not specified.
