S Aravindan

S Aravindan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. S started their career in 2003 as the Head of Sales HR at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they were responsible for managing the HR life cycle of the organization and driving sales team productivity. In 2017, they became the Zonal HR Head at ADITYA BIRLA MONEY LTD, overseeing HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. In 2018, they joined Color Palette Pvt. Ltd as the Head of HR, where they formulated recruitment plans, managed HR operations, and organized employee engagement events. In 2019, they joined Sales4ce as the Head of HR, and in 2023, they joined HPL ADDITIVES LIMITED as the Head of Human Resources Development.

S Aravindan has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. S also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University.
