Daniela Kruse

Daniela Kruse has over two decades of experience in customer service and procurement within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Head of Customer Service for Central Western Europe at H+H Deutschland GmbH since August 2025, Daniela previously held multiple key positions at Barry Callebaut Deutschland GmbH, including Customer Care Manager for Germany and Austria from January 2015 to July 2025. Daniela's extensive background also includes roles at FrieslandCampina from August 1999 to December 2014, where responsibilities spanned Manager Customer Service, Pricing Manager, Business Group Representative for Procurement Summit, and Buyer/Procurement.
