Leonardo Nocera

Leonardo Nocera has a diverse work experience. Leonardo currently works at H+Trace as a business development professional since December 2021. Previously, they worked at the Ministerio de Educación de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, where they had multiple roles. From April 2018 to June 2019, they served as the Coordinador General Gerencia de Empleos del Futuro, overseeing projects for strengthening labor profiles and fostering collaboration between the private sector and government organizations. From July 2019 to December 2019, they were the Gerente de Empleos del Futuro, focusing on future employment opportunities. Leonardo also served as an Asesor de innovación educativa from December 2019 to January 2022 and as the Gerente de Tu Estrategia Laboral from April 2021 to January 2022, coordinating training projects and implementing professional practices. In 2019, they worked as the Co-coordinador de la Diplomatura en Transformación Digital at Universidad CAECE. Before that, they co-founded Blazar Tech from September 2018 to August 2021. Leonardo has also worked at the Ministerio de Modernización de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires as the Líder de Proyecto Gerencia de Empleos del Futuro from April 2017 to April 2018, focusing on training and development programs. Prior to that, they were the Socio Gerente I Director General at Life and Health SRL from July 2007 to April 2017, and at Nocera Studio I Graphic Design & Visual Communication from March 2002 to April 2017. In addition, they were the Socio Gerente I Director General at Willowthewisp SRL I Scent & Zest from January 2005 to November 2006.

Leonardo Nocera started their education at Colegio Santa Isabel - San Isidro from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Perito Mercantil. Leonardo later attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1996 to 2000, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Diseño gráfico. In February 2020, Leonardo obtained a certification in Transformación Digital para el Empleo from Google Actívate.
