Ron de Leon

Ron De Leon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising and purchasing within the building supply and home improvement sectors. Currently serving as a Purchasing Coordinator at HPM Building Supply since August 2023, Ron has previously held the position of Regional Product Sales Manager at Do it Best Corp. from February 2017 to September 2023. Prior to that, Ron was the Merchandising Manager at City Mill Company, Ltd. in Honolulu, HI, from October 2011 to December 2016, overseeing all aspects of the Merchandising Department. Ron also served as Chief Merchandising Officer at All American Home Center in Downey, CA, from August 1980 to July 2011, where responsibilities included planning and directing all merchandising policies, strategies, and promotional activities.
