Carsten Swiatkowski

Carsten Swiatkowski has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Carsten started their career as a research associate at Amecon in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Carsten then joined W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE GmbH as a project lead from 2000 to 2003. Carsten Swiatkowski worked as a product manager at IB Laser from 2003 to 2005 and subsequently joined Hanwha Q CELLS as a senior manager, where they worked until 2015. Carsten then served as the CTO at 3D-Micromac AG from 2015 to 2017. Carsten Swiatkowski worked as the technical director at SOPAT GmbH from 2017 to 2020 before joining HPS Home Power Solutions AG. At HPS Home Power Solutions AG, they initially held the role of senior manager of product development from 2020 to 2021 and currently serves as the head of product development starting from January 2022.

Carsten Swiatkowski obtained their doctoral degree in Physics, specifically a "Dr. rer. nat.", from Technische Universität Berlin.
