Chris Barnett

Chris Barnett is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC, responsible for managing the deal execution team that closes private credit transactions since February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Highbridge Principal Strategies since March 2010, where responsibilities encompassed trade capture, broker allocations, and the coordination of new direct investments for Mezzanine and Middle Market loan funds. Chris also held the position of Operations Analyst at Highbridge Capital Management from September 2007 to March 2010, overseeing operational processes for various debt and credit products. Earlier experience includes participation in an Analyst Rotational Training Program at UBS Investment Bank, managing relationships and completing numerous Brazilian IPOs. Chris earned a degree from Fairfield University from 2002 to 2006.
