Damiano Morolla

Damiano Morolla has extensive experience in project management and engineering, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Since January 2009, Damiano has worked at HQ Engineering Italia, serving in various capacities including Project Manager for the Fiber Optic joint team and Human Resources Consulting, where responsibilities focused on commercial and technical management as well as high-level recruiting. Damiano also handled fleet operations, overseeing the corporate fleet and contract renegotiations. Prior to this role, from June 2004 to August 2009, Damiano was employed at ATL Telecomunicazioni sas as a Project Manager and Microwave Planner Engineer, managing technical projects and coordinating field resources for optical and instrumental measurements on both national and international levels. Damiano holds a degree in Computer Engineering from ITIS G Ferraris di Molfetta, earned between September 1994 and June 1999.
