Courtney Payas

Director, Customer Success at HqO

Courtney Payas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Assistant In-Room Dining Manager at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, where they were responsible for training new employees, labor and budget forecasting, and managing private suite functions. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the YPA Co-President at Bloodworks Northwest, leading events and raising awareness for blood donation. At Allrecipes.com, they held the roles of Manager, Sales Accounts and Sr Account Manager/Account Manager, supporting regional sales managers, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing reports. Courtney then worked as an Account Specialist at Specific Media, where they supported the East Coast Director of Sales in planning and executing digital ad campaigns. At ChoiceStream, they were an Account Manager, delivering programmatic ad solutions and driving results for brand and agency partners. Courtney later joined StudentUniverse as a Manager, Advertising, before moving on to CampusTap as a Director Account Management. At Aquent, they worked as an Account Director, specializing in retail and apparel. Currently, they are employed at HqO, where they started as a Tenant Experience Consultant before becoming the Head of Customer Success and eventually the Director of Customer Success.

Courtney Payas completed their education from 2000 to 2004 at Washington State University. During this time, they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising.
