Jess Joaquin Johnson

Jess Joaquin Johnson has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jess Joaquin is currently serving as the Global Head of Enterprise Partnerships at HqO, where they are responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Prior to this, they worked at Savills North America as the Executive Vice President, Knowledge Cubed, leading the knowledge and analytics division. Jess Joaquin also served as the Director of Growth at Knowledge Cubed, where they focused on real estate analytics.

Before joining Savills North America, Jess worked at Savills as the Head of Cross Border Tenant Advisory - Americas. In this role, they led the international tenant advisory services for the Americas region and worked with clients on overseas real estate projects. Jess Joaquin also led the Savills Studley Occupier Services team as the Senior Managing Director. Through various initiatives, they helped clients optimize their real estate portfolios and improve efficiency.

Prior to joining Savills, Jess served as the Strategy Consulting Practice Leader at Vertical Integration, Inc., where they provided strategic consulting and real estate business intelligence services. Jess Joaquin began their career as a Public Policy Specialist at Hillsborough County and later worked as the Director of Finance & Acquisitions at Florida Southeast Development, LLC.

Jess holds a Special Assistant role at the University of Florida and worked as an Appraisal Research Analyst at Emerson Appraisal Company earlier in their career. With their diverse range of experiences, Jess brings a strong background in real estate strategy, analytics, and portfolio optimization to their current role at HqO.

Jess Joaquin Johnson attended the University of Florida from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, graduating Cum Laude. During the same period, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism. Later, from 2005 to 2006, Jess Joaquin Johnson pursued further education at the University of Florida, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate.
