Liraz Greenfeld has a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. Liraz began their career in 1999 as an Electronics Technician for the Special Technological Units of the. In 2004, they worked as an Electronic R&D ENG for Applied Materials and a Teacher Assistant for Tel Aviv University. From 2010-2012, they were a Software Engineer at the Broad Institute and a Teaching Assistant in Information Technology and Software engineering at Harvard University. Additionally, they were a Software Consultant at MIT in 2010. From 2013-2017, they were a Java Software Engineer at BzzAgent a Dunnhumby company and from 2016-2017, they were a Full Stack Developer at the Broad Institute. Most recently, they have been a Software Engineer at HQ since 2021.

Liraz Greenfeld graduated from Harvard University in 2012 with a Master in Information Technology, concentrating on Software engineering. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc from Tel Aviv University in 2005, majoring in micro-electronics, control systems and bio-electronics.
