Mike Russiello

Mike Russiello's work experience began in 1982 when they served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy until 1987. Mike then worked as a Research Analyst at SAIC from 1988 to 1990. From 1990 to 1998, they held the position of Senior Sales at EDS. In 1998, Russiello became the CEO of Brainbench and remained in that role until 2006. During this time, in 2006, they also worked as a Senior VP at PreVisor from May 2006 to September 2008. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Lead Advocate and Friend at Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI). In 2006, they became the President of Better Hires, Fewer Fires LLC, a role they held until 2009. From 2008 to 2014, Russiello was the CEO of ClicFlic, which was later renamed HR Avatar. Since 2014, they have served as the President and CEO of HR Avatar, Inc., a company that offers online pre-employment assessment tools.

Mike Russiello has a solid education history. Mike earned a High School Diploma from Newtown High School in 1978. After that, they attended the United States Naval Academy from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. In 1987, Mike pursued further education at UC San Diego and graduated in 1988 with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Finally, they went on to the University of Maryland from 1989 to 1993, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a major in Finance.
