Kathleen Ryan

Kathleen Ryan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at H&R Block since April 2008, Kathleen has held various roles including Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Kathleen practiced as an Associate at Stinson LLP from September 2004 to April 2008, and gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for The Honorable John R. Gibson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from September 2003 to September 2004. Kathleen earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Kansas.
