Linda Ginac

Linda Ginac is the Founder and CEO of TalentGuard, an innovative Workforce Skills Management platform established in January 2016, which focuses on driving better business outcomes through intelligent data insights. As an Advisory Board Member at HR.com since July 2020, Linda contributes to shaping industry practices and enhancing HR competencies through research. Linda also serves on the board of the Austin Technology Council and Beam Founders. Previously, as CEO and Founder of The Ginac Group, Linda built an international career coaching practice with a 97% success rate. Linda's extensive experience includes leadership roles in various companies, such as Vice President of Product Strategy at Cofiniti, where a successful product launch significantly increased user adoption, and significant contributions at pcOrder.com and Fiserv, among others. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Norwich University.
