Amelia is a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary environment. She is passionate about supporting and contributing to an engaged employee experience and seeking ways to facilitate human capital development. Amelia has been leading teams through human resource operations for 8 years with focuses on onboarding, training, performance management and team development. She graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with minors in Business Administration and Leadership Studies and has an HR Professional Certification through SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management).
