Chad is the President of Adaptive HR Solutions, a company that caters to the HR management needs of small to mid-sized companies. Chad has held various leadership positions in organizations such as HR Florida State Council, Inc., SHRM Jacksonville, Talent Development Inc., Ellis & Associates, Inc., Richter & Company, Emergency Debt Relief, Inc., Venturi Technology Partners, Bombardier Capital, and Witco Corporation. Chad holds a BA in Communications & Music from Morningside University.
