Gonzalo Urdaneta

Gonzalo Urdaneta has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gonzalo began their career as a Promo Seller at Alimentos Polar in 2013, where they represented various portfolios and negotiated sales volume goals with retail clients. Gonzalo also supervised merchandise shipments to prevent returns. In 2018, they worked as a Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, where they built and maintained product displays, managed inventory levels, and ensured compliance with company standards. Gonzalo then joined Baja Insurance Services, Inc. in 2020 as a Sales Agent/Customer Service representative for a brief period. Later that year, they joined MasTec Advanced Technologies as a Dispatcher, where they controlled technician routes, provided customer services, and engaged in clerical activities. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Associate at HR Focal Point, where they review and troubleshoots errors, coordinates master data corrections with clients, and communicates complex solutions to end users.

Gonzalo Urdaneta completed their undergraduate education in Marketing at the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in data analysis, data engineering, and other related fields. Some of these certifications include "Data Analysis with R Programming" and "Google Data Analytics Certificate," both obtained from Coursera in January 2023. Gonzalo also obtained certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Excel Statistics Essential Training: 1" and "Predictive Analytics Essential Training: Data Mining" in September 2022, and "Data Engineering Foundations" in August 2022, among others. Additionally, they completed several courses on data analytics, data visualization, programming, and Excel on LinkedIn and Coursera in 2022.
