Jo Ann Diaz

Jo Ann Diaz has worked in the customer service and account management field since 2006. Jo Ann began their career at 1-800-DENTIST as a Strategic Account Manager. Jo Ann then moved on to Futuredontics, Inc. in the same year, where they held the role of Sr. DSO Account Manager. In 2020, they joined HR for Health as an Account Manager Customer Service DSO.

Jo Ann Diaz attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA to study Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Jo Ann also holds a certification in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
