Herbert Schulze

Herbert Schulze has extensive work experience in the field of application technology laboratory and product development in the rubber, polymers, and oils industry. Herbert worked as the Head of Application Technology Laboratory - Tires, Rubber & Polymers at H&R Group from October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head Of Product Development International Process Oils and Specialties at the same company from May 2019 to September 2022. From September 2015 to April 2019, Herbert was the Head of R+D at Schill & Seilacher GmbH. Herbert previously worked as an R+D Manager at the same company from January 2008 to August 2015. Herbert started their career at Continental in January 2004 as a Chemist, Material Development until December 2007.

Herbert Schulze earned a Diplom in Chemie from the University of Cologne from 1996 to 2001. Herbert then pursued a Promotion in Metallorganische Chemie at the University of Cologne from 2001 to 2003.
