Scott Wilson

Scott Wilson is HR Green’s Director of Operations. He is responsible for establishing, implementing, and influencing operational efficiencies across the company, and bringing greater value to HR Green’s clients.

Scott has diverse experience in the global engineering and construction industry working with a diversity of clients from public agencies (Federal, State, and Local), many Fortune 500 companies, and private developers.

He’s collaborated with clients and built teams to successfully deliver fit-for-purpose solutions for all project phases including design, construction, start-up, and long-term operations. His focus is delivering on their commitment to operational excellence through inspiring their employees to exceed their clients’ expectations when developing and delivering HR Green’s solutions.

Scott has a strong financial background with both general operations management and business development experience. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a BBA in Accounting from Idaho State University. Throughout his career, he’s been a member of industry organizations such as the Construction Industry Institute, Rice Global E&C Forum, and the International Bridge Turnpike and Tunnel Association.
