Tyler Wiles, PE, PTOE, LEED-AP has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Tyler Wiles, started their career in 2002 as an Engineering Intern at McClure Engineering Company. Tyler Wiles, then worked as an Engineering Intern at various companies, including Iowa Department of Transportation, Snyder & Associates, Inc., and HDR. In 2006, they joined Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as an Engineering Intern. Tyler Wiles, later became a Traffic Engineer at Kimley-Horn from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Tyler holds the position of Group Manager - Transportation and Senior Project Manager at HR Green, Inc., where they have been working since 2011.

Tyler Wiles, PE, PTOE, LEED-AP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. Tyler Wiles, attended the university from 2002 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Tyler pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Tyler Wiles, completed their MBA program from 2012 to 2017.
