Sofie van de Vijver

Sofie Van De Vijver is an experienced professional in recruitment and selection, currently serving as Teamcoach Recruitment and Recruitment & Selection Advisor at HR Rail since June 2018. At HR Rail, which provides integrated services within the Belgian railway sector, Sofie focuses on enhancing recruitment processes and promoting employee well-being.
