Andrew Spott

Andrew Spott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2005, they co-founded SloopyMenus.com, an online food ordering platform, and served as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner until it was sold in 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they were the CEO of American Lighting Group, where they oversaw the operation of eCommerce websites selling lighting products. In 2009, they founded Vivid Front and served as the CEO. In 2012, Andrew joined the Executive Committee and Board of the Cleveland Jewish Publication Company, where they served until 2021. In 2014, they became a Board Member of Rising Star Academy and founded Lake Erie Partners. Currently, Andrew is the President and Co-Founder of HR Signal, leading the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Andrew'sfocus is on leveraging technology to help companies improve employee career paths and reduce turnover.

Andrew Spott attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. Andrew also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University during the same period, specializing in Entrepreneurship at the Fisher College of Business.
