Michael J. Case

Michael J. Case currently serves as the Head of Talent at Josys and the Tokyo Lead Ambassador for Transform, alongside their role as Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks, which aids impactful social ventures through strategic volunteer engagement. Since 2018, Michael has held advisory positions at PeopleTech Partners and PeopleTech Talent, supporting early-stage people technology start-ups. As a Limited Partner in SemperVirens Venture Capital, Michael contributes to emerging companies in workforce, healthcare, and financial technology. Additionally, Michael has served as CEO of Neptune People, overseeing executive coaching and talent consulting, and has previous experience in various advisory roles and leadership positions, including Global Head of Partnerships at Meshd. Michael holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago, further complemented by language training in Mandarin and experience studying abroad in Italy.
