Sumona De Graaf is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Founder of idealis., a consultancy aimed at enhancing workplace performance through talent solutions, De Graaf also acts as the Amsterdam Lead Ambassador for Transform, fostering a community committed to reshaping the future of work. As Co-Chair of the Board at Coqual, De Graaf supports initiatives to create inclusive workplace environments. Additionally, De Graaf holds the position of HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia.
