Shannon Craig has a strong background in HR and compliance services. Shannon started their career in 2001 as an HR Administrator at Parker Hannifin, where they worked until 2004. Shannon then moved on to Family Planning Health Services, where they served as the Director of Development and Public Affairs from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined HR Works, Inc., starting as an Affirmative Action Project Manager and steadily progressing to roles such as Manager of Affirmative Action Services, Director of EEO Services, and Vice President of Affirmative Action Services. Shannon'smost recent position at HR Works, Inc. is Vice President of Compliance Services. In addition to their professional experience, Shannon also volunteered at Hickok Center for Brain Injury in 2005.
Shannon Craig obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hartwick College, where they attended from 1996 to 1999. Following this, Shannon pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Master of Science degree in I/O Psychology, attending from 1999 to 2001.
