Kayley Estoesta

Research Analyst at HR&A Advisors

Kayley is interested in making cities more economically, racially, and socially just, while meaningfully engaging with neighborhood residents throughout the process.

She brings experience providing business development and marketing assistance to immigrant-owned food businesses during the pandemic, conducting community-centered design research to improve arts and education access for youth, and streamlining reporting requirements for New Market Tax Credit-funded projects across the country. Most recently, Kayley was a Fellow at Sweet Water Foundation in the South Side of Chicago, practicing urban farming, urban ecology, and regenerative neighborhood development. Kayley recently graduated from Yale College with a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies.
